Manifest protocol

coming soon Installed is not used.

The source document exists and is current. It records why the page is needed (a package nobody used sat in a service's environment for three months while the nightly sweep counted it outdated and tried to upgrade it nine nights running) and what the sweep measures every night since: is it installed, does anything require it, has this interpreter ever imported it, has someone decided, is the project alive upstream, is the failure a repeat.

The condensed page is not written yet. Until it is, the self-healing loops page carries the nightly maintenance loop it belongs to.
